We produce all our products in-house and take extensive precautions to prevent cross-contamination. However, due to the variety of ingredients used in our kitchen, trace amounts of egg, nuts, milk, flour, and soy may be present.

Storage: Keep chocolates in a cool, dark place (16-20°C), away from direct sunlight and strong odors.

Freshness: Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we make smaller batches on a regular basis. This ensures a shelf life of 6+ months for all non-soft centre chocolates.

Orders are shipped on the next available business day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). If the weather is too warm, we'll hold your order and notify you to ensure optimal freshness. We avoid end-of-week shipments to prevent your chocolates from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Local orders are hand delivered by staff to guarantee the best possible condition.
