Terms and Conditions:
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are transferable.
- The recipient is required to book their class using the gift card to confirm availability for their chosen date.
- The gift card value must be used within its validity period (6 years from purchase).

Shelf Life & Care
Storage: Keep chocolates in a cool, dark place (16-20°C), away from direct sunlight and strong odors.
Freshness: Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we make smaller batches on a regular basis. This ensures a shelf life of 6+ months for all non-soft centre chocolates.

Next-Day Shipping
Orders are shipped on the next available business day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). If the weather is too warm, we'll hold your order and notify you to ensure optimal freshness. We avoid end-of-week shipments to prevent your chocolates from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Local Shipping
Local orders are hand delivered by staff to guarantee the best possible condition.
